Unit 2: Cases 6-10
This unit covers the remaining five cases:

Case 7: A 72-year-old male with small vessel vasculitis, discussing diagnosis, investigations, and treatment strategies for vasculitic conditions.
Case 8: A 47-year-old male with seborrheic dermatitis, focusing on chronic management using antifungal treatments and corticosteroids.
Case 9: An 82-year-old male with bullous pemphigoid, outlining diagnostic steps and management with systemic steroids and immunosuppressants.
Case 10: A 32-year-old male with pyoderma gangrenosum, discussing treatment approaches including corticosteroids and steroid-sparing agents.
