The unit includes research-based evidence showing the positive effects of aerobic fitness, strength training, and the role of physical activity in cancer and dementia prevention.

Unit 4: The GP’s Role in Promoting Exercise
The final unit focuses on the crucial role of general practitioners in promoting exercise as medicine.
